Ingredients-
Potatoes-2 washed properly
Olive Oil- 2 Tbsp
Dried Oregano- 1 Tbsp
Dried Basil- 1 Tbsp
Pepper-1 Tsp
Salt- To Taste

Method- Preheat the oven at 220°C. Thinly slice the potatoes making sure they are not cut all the way through and are held together at the bottom. In a bowl, take 1 Tbsp Oil. Add in pepper powder. Take the potatoes, one at a time and roll them in the oil. Place them in the oven.
After 15 mins, take out the potatoes. They must have opened up from the slits while being cooked. Mix the remaining oil, oregano, basil and salt in a bowl. Brush this mix inside the slits in the potatoes as well as outside. Place the potatoes back in the oven for 10 more mins until they turns crisp from outside. Serve hot
