Ingredients:
Penne- 500 Gms
Olive Oil- 2 Tbsp
Garlic-Minced- 2 Tbsp
Onion- Chopped- 1 Medium
Carrot- Chopped- 1 whole
Soya Granules- 1 Cup/ Minced Meat- 1 Cup
Tomato Puree 2 Cups
Fun Foods Pizza Sauce- 1 Tbsp(Optional)
Tomato Ketchup- 2 Tbsp
Fresh Basil Leaves- 8-10
Oregano- Dried- 1 Tbsp
Pepper- 1 Tsp
Salt-To Taste
Cheddar Cheese- 2 Tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese- 2 Tbsp

Cheddar Cheese- 2 Tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese- 2 Tbsp
Method-
Heat Olive oil in a Kadai. Add Garlic. Saute for a minute on medium flame. Add chopped onions and Saute until transparent. Add in the carrots and saute further for 2 minutes. At this point add Soya/Meat and saute for 4-5 mins until done. Add in the tomato puree, Basil leaves, Oregano, Pepper and Salt. Cook till all the water evaporates.
In a Saucepan cook the penne in salted water until Al Dente. When done drain them keeping 1 cup of the water aside. Add the water and cooked Pasta in the kadai and mix properly. Let the pasta absorb all the sauce and let the sauce thicken. Add in Cheese and serve Hot and Fresh.
